I run the asset management function for real estate owners — capex execution, ancillary revenue growth, investor relations, and portfolio strategy, backed by the reporting that keeps it all aligned. Whether you need an ongoing fractional partner or extra hands for a specific project, I plug in where you need me most.
You're wearing too many hats — owner, asset manager, general contractor, and financial analyst, often in the same week
Capital decisions — repair vs. sell, refinance vs. hold — get made case by case, without a consistent process or a dedicated analyst behind them
Reporting lives in spreadsheets, PM portals, and inboxes — not one clear picture
You want institutional-caliber operations without adding a full-time salary
Engagements are scaled to portfolio size and complexity — fractional oversight that costs a fraction of a full-time hire, with none of the ramp-up.
Talk Through Your Portfolio
I've spent 10+ years across institutional and private real estate — from acquisition underwriting to full portfolio asset management. Most recently, I supported asset management operations at Tricon Homes, a Blackstone-owned platform, across a 67,000+ home single-family rental portfolio: hold/sell underwriting on casualty-damaged assets, a large-scale portfolio integration bringing thousands of homes onto a new platform, and ancillary revenue programs generating tens of millions in annual portfolio revenue.
Before that, as Acquisition Director at Re-Build Properties, I personally underwrote and acquired $43M+ in single-family and multifamily assets and oversaw $32M+ in renovation value across a high-volume pipeline.
I've also built and run my own real estate ventures — founding Broadmoor Realty Acquisitions, where I personally underwrote, acquired, and renovated 30+ single-family homes for resale, raising over $3M from 60+ investors along the way. I still invest hands-on today: most recently flipping a fourplex on my own, and underwriting — and nearly syndicating — a 40-unit apartment acquisition under Kingdom Residential.
My background also includes serving as a Satellite Communications Officer and Instructor in the U.S. Air Force — experience that shaped how I approach complex, high-stakes operations today. Kingdom Asset Advisory exists to bring that same institutional discipline to owners who don't have a full-time asset manager on staff — without the full-time cost.
No. Your property manager handles leasing, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. I sit above that layer — reporting, financial oversight, capital planning, and strategic decisions — the function most owners in this range don't have anyone dedicated to yet.
It's less about unit count and more about where you are organizationally. If you've got a property manager handling operations but no one dedicated to portfolio strategy and reporting, that's the gap I fill — whether that's a dozen properties or hundreds.
Engagements run $2,000–$5,000 per month, scaled to the size and complexity of your portfolio. We'll figure out the right scope together on a discovery call.
Most of my engagements are with owners in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Asset management is largely a reporting- and analysis-driven function, so remote engagements outside that footprint are absolutely possible — reach out and we'll talk through it.
Primarily multifamily and manufactured housing communities, along with single-family and mixed residential portfolios.
